Make Progress a Daily Habit

Big goals are great—but they don’t drive action. Daily habits do.
Most businesses set monthly targets and assume progress will follow. But what happens in between? Employees spend most of their time reacting—to orders, emails, or last-minute issues. When they finally get a breather, do they know what to do next?
Give everyone a proactive daily task—something that moves the business forward when they’re not firefighting.
✔ A buyer might review slow-moving stock.
✔ A sales rep could check in with lapsed customers.
✔ An account executive could perform credit credit.
If progress only happens when there’s “free time,” it won’t happen at all. Build it into the daily routine, and results will follow.
